Der Aufruf in weiteren Sprachen: Englisch, Französisch, Arabisch und Persisch!

Am 13.06. will der Göttinger Sozialausschuss über die Schließung mehrerer Gemeinschaftsunterkünfte für Geflüchtete entscheiden. Die Schließung von Sammelunterkünften ist zwar grundsätzlich zu begrüßen. Dass aber nun ausgerechnet die Gewerbehalle Siekhöhe trotz ihrer vielfachen Mängel weiterbetrieben werden soll, ist ein Skandal.

Die Siekhöhe ist ein Exempel für die Zumutungen, denen Menschen in Gemeinschaftsunterkünften ausgesetzt werden: Schon vor Betreten der Unterkunft verdeutlicht der Zaun um die Halle die Ausgrenzung der Bewohner*innen. Im Gebäude selbst gibt es kaum Tageslicht, Zimmerdecken fehlen und es herrscht ein (baulich bedingter) konstant hoher Lärmpegel. Ergänzt wird die unzureichende Architektur durch ein repressives System von Überwachung und Fremdbestimmung. Die Teilhabe am gesellschaftlichen Leben der Stadt Göttingen wird durch die extreme Randlage und mangelhafte Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr zusätzlich erschwert. Es gibt keinerlei Nachbarschaft wie an anderen Unterkünften, die diese Probleme solidarisch auffangen könnte. Dass Menschen gezwungen werden, unter solchen Bedingungen zu leben – obwohl bessere Alternativen zur Verfügung stehen –, wollen wir nicht weiter akzeptieren.

Die bisherigen Proteste gegen die Siekhöhe waren nicht umsonst: Die Schließung der Siekhöhe steht endlich auf der Tagesordnung. Auch wenn die Stadtverwaltung noch ihren Weiterbetrieb vorsieht, besteht jetzt die Möglichkeit, Druck aufzubauen, die breite Ablehnung dieser Unterkunft deutlich zu machen und auf die Durchsetzung unserer Forderungen zu dringen.

Deswegen werden wir am Samstag, dem 10.06.2017 um 14 Uhr für menschenwürdiges Wohnen und die Schließung der Siekhöhe demonstrieren. Lasst uns den Mitgliedern des Sozialausschuss und der Stadtverwaltung zeigen, dass die Bewohner*innen nicht alleine da stehen, sondern Teil einer breiten, kritischen Öffentlichkeit sind.

Im Göttinger Stadtgebiet ist die Siekhöhe sicher das herausragende Beispiel für eine menschenunwürdige Unterbringung. Doch ihre Schließung kann nur der erste Schritt sein: Auch wenn die Zustände dort mit Abstand am schlimmsten sind, stellen Sammelunterkünfte generell keine geeignete Form der Unterbringung dar. Ihre Einrichtung ist das Ergebnis einer politischen Praxis, die nicht von den Bedürfnissen der Geflüchteten ausgeht, sondern auf Kontrolle, Isolation und Abschreckung setzt. An ihre Stelle muss eine Politik treten, die für alle Göttinger*innen menschenwürdigen und bezahlbaren Wohnraum schafft. Der Einsatz für das Ende der Siekhöhe kann daher nur ein Anfang und Ausgangspunkt sein für unsere weitere Solidarität im Kampf um ein schönes Leben für Alle. Gehen wir es gemeinsam an – auf der Demo und darüber hinaus!

Unsere Ziele sind:

• Sofortige Schließung der Siekhöhe und aller menschenunwürdigen Massenunterkünfte

• Ausbau der dezentralen Unterbringung mit Möglichkeit der Wohnungswahl nach individuellen Bedürfnissen

• konsequente Nutzung von vorhandenem Leerstand als Wohnraum

• Ein öffentlicher Wohnungsbau, der guten und bezahlbaren Wohnraum für alle Göttinger*innen schafft

Against Isolation and for humane living standards! Shut down the Siekhöhe!

Protest: 10.06.2017, 2 pm, Gänseliesel

The Göttingen Social Committee will be deciding whether or not to shut down several refugee shelters on the 13 th of July. The closure of these collective shelters is a decision that we welcome, but that the sorting depot Siekhöhe, despite its many shortcomings, will remain open is nothing short of a scandal.

The Siekhöhe is a perfect example of the impertinence people in these shelters are faced with daily: Even before entering the shelter one notices the fence surrounding the main hall, an obvious sign of the social exclusion the inhabitants face. In the building itself there is next to no natural sunlight, no ceilings and, due to ongoing construction, a continuously high noise level. The inadequate infrastructure is coupled with a repressive system made up of constant surveillance and foreign control. The chance to actively be a part of the society in the city of Göttingen is only further hindered by the location of the shelter on the city outskirts and an inadequate public transport system in the area. There are no neighbourhoods whatsoever located near this shelter, in contrast to other shelters, that could stand in solidarity with the refugees. That people are being forced to live in such conditions – even though several other better alternatives are available – is something we cannot accept.

The previous protests against the Siekhöhe have not been fruitless: The closure of the Siekhöhe shelter is finally on the agenda. Even though the city council believes it can keep the Siekhöhe in service, we now have the chance to increase our pressure on the council so as to show that we do not accept the living standards at the Siekhöhe, and fight for the right that our demands be met immediately.

Therefore we will be protesting for humane living standards and the closure of the Siekhöhe on Saturday, the 10 th of June, 2017, at 2 pm. Let us show the members of the social committee and the city council that the inhabitants of the Siekhöhe are not alone and are an important part of the general public. The Siekhöhe is by far a representation of humane accommodation, but its closure is only the first step: Even though the living standards there are the worst of all refugee shelters in Göttingen, most refugee shelters in the city do not provide suitable accommodation. The existence of such shelters is a result of a political motive that does not take the needs of the refugees into account, but rather places importance on control, isolation and deterrence. This motive needs to be replaced by policies that fight for humane and affordable accommodation for ALL residents of this city. The fight for the closure of the Siekhöhe can therefore only be the beginning and base for further solidarity in the fight for a better life for ALL. Let us join hands – both during this protest and thereafter.

Our aims are:

• The immediate closure of the Siekhöhe and other inhumane collective

• accommodations.

• An extension of decentralized accommodations in which people have the

• chance to choose an accommodation according to their individual needs.• The responsible use of vacant spaces as living spaces.

• Construction of good and affordable housing for all Göttinger*in.

Le 13 juin 2017, la commission des affaires sociales à Göttingen veut décider sur la fermeture de plusieurs centres d’hébergement pour réfugiés. Il faut saluer en général la fermeture des centres d’hébergement. Il est inacceptable par contre que la ville veut maintenir justement la halle commerciale de la Siekhöhe malgré ses multiples défauts.

La Siekhöhe peut servir comme exemple pour les exigences auxquelles des hommes peuvent être soumis : déjà, avant que l’on entre dans le centre d’hébergement la clôture autour le terrain exprime l’exclusion des habitants. Dans le bâtiment-même, il n’y a presque pas de lumière du jour, il n’y a pas de plafonds et il y a un très haut niveau sonore qui est dû à la construction de cette ancienne halle commerciale. Au-delà de l’architecture insuffisante, il règne un système de surveillance et d’hétéronomie. La participation à la vie sociale à Göttingen est compliquée par la position dans la périphérie de la ville et la connexion insuffisante au transport en commun. Il n’y a pas de voisinage comme dans d’autres centres d’hébergement qui pourrait compenser ces problèmes de manière solidaire. Nous ne voulons plus accepter que des hommes doivent vivre dans des conditions comme ça bien qu’il y ait de meilleures alternatives.

Les manifestations jusqu’à présent contre la Siekhöhe n’ont pas été en vain : la fermeture de la Siekhöhe est enfin écrite sur l’ordre du jour. Même si l’administration municipale prévoit toujours son maintien, il y a maintenant la possibilité d’augmenter la pression, d’exprimer le refus général de ce centre d’hébergement et d’insister sur la réalisation de nos demandes.

C’est pourquoi nous voulons manifester pour des logements dignes et la fermeture de la Siekhöhe le samedi, 10 juin 2017 à 14 heures. Montrons à la commission des affaires sociales et à l’administration municipale que les habitants ne sont pas seuls mais qu’un grand public critique les soutient.

Dans la ville de Göttingen la Siekhöhe représente un hébergement indigne mais sa fermeture ne peut être qu’un point de départ : Même si les conditions dans la Siekhöhe sont de loin les pires, les centres d’hébergement en général ne sont pas adéquats pour accueillir des réfugiés. Les centres font partie d’une pratique politique qui ne vise pas sur les nécessités des réfugiés mais sur le contrôle, l’isolation et l’intimidation. Il faut mettre à sa place une politique qui crée pour tous les habitants de Göttingen des logements dignes et financièrement réalisable. L’action pour la fin de la Siekhöhe peut donc seulement servir de point de départ pour notre lutte solidaire continue pour une meilleure vie pour tous. Allons-y – à la manifestation et au-delà !

Nos objectifs sont :

– la fermeture immédiate de la Siekhöhe et de tous les centres d’hébergement inhumains

– l’expansion de l’hébergement décentralisé avec un choix du logement selon les nécessités individuelles

– l’utilisation cohérente de logements vides

– la construction publique de bons logements qui ne coûtent pas chers pour tous les habitants de Göttingen

يريد مجلس غوتنجن في يوم 13.06 اتخاذ قرار بشأن إغلاق العديد من المساكن المجتمعية للاجئين. إغلاق المساكن المجتمعية هو بالأساس مرحب به. لكن أن يتم بالذات الاستمرار بصالة التجارة في Siekhöhe على الرغم من تعدد جوانب النقص فيها، فهذا يعتبر فضيحة.
إن Siekhöhe يعتبر نموذجا للفرض، حيث أن ساكني المساكن المجتمعية يعتبرون معرضين ومكشوفين: قبل دخول المسكن تجد أمامك السور حول الصالة كحد يفصل الساكنين و الساكنات. في المسكن لا يوجد ما يكفي من ضوء النهار.، كما ينقص سقف الغرفة و يسود (بسبب البناء) مستوى ثابت من الضوضاء. يأتي إضافة للبناء المعماري الناقص نظام حراسة قمعي و توصيف الغرباء. المشاركة بالحياة الاجتماعية في مدينة غوتنجن صعبة بسبب الموقع البعيد و قلة المواصلات العامة. لا يوجد أي جوار كما في المساكن الأخرى، و التي يمكن أن تستوعب هذه المشكلة بشكل تضامني.. أن يكون الناس مجبورين على العيش في هذه الظروف -على الرغم من وجود خيارات أفضل- فهذا شيء لن نقبله.
الاحتجاجات لحد الآن ضد سكن Siekhöhe لم تكن بدون جدوى: إغلاق Siekhöhe يقع أخيرا على أجندة جدول الأعمال. أيضا عندما تقرر إدارة المدينة الاستمرار به، فيوجد خيار ممارسة الضغط، توضيح رفض هذا السكن و الحث على تطبيق المتطلبات.

لذلك سنقوم يوم السبت بتاريخ 10.06.2017 الساعة 14 عند Gänseliesel بالتظاهر لأجل سكن يليق بالإنسان وكرامته و لإغلاق Siekhöhe .لنظهر لأعضاء اللجنة الاجتماعية وإدارة المدينة ، أن ليس السكان وحدهم يقفون هناك، بل أيضا جزء واسع ومنتقد من العامة.
Siekhőhe أبعد ما يكون عن مثال للسكن إنساني ولكن إغلاقه هو خطوة أولى فقط. فبالرغم من كونه أسوأ سكن للاجئين في المدينة، فإن غالبية مراكز السكن الخاصة باللاجئين في المدينة في حالة سيئة. وجود مثل هذه المساكن هو نتيجة لسياسات لا تأخذ في اعتبارها احتياجات اللاجئين وإنما تقييدهم وعزلهم. هذه السياسة يجب استبدالها بسياسات تسعى إلى إيجاد سكن إنساني وفي متناول اليد إلى جميع سكان المدينة. هيا نشبك أيدينا ببعضها أثناء وبعد المظاهرة.
الأهداف :
— إغلاق فوري لسكن Siekhohe وكل المساكن التي تحوي عدد كبير من الناس بداخلها.
— انتشار لامركزية السكن مع إتاحة الخيار لاختيار السكن حسب الحاجة الشخصية.
— استخدام الشواغر المتوفرة للسكن.
— بناء سكن عام و الذي يحقق سكن جيدا و ممكن تحمل نفقاته لجميع ساكني غوتنجن.

مخالفت با انزوا و حمايت از زندگي با كيفيت و مناسب! بستن ساختمان Siekhöhe

تظاهرات درتاريخه ٢٠١٧/٠٦/١٠ ،در ساعته ١٤:٠٠ ، در مكان گانزاليزه(Gänseliesel)

درتاريخ ١٣ جون كميته اجتماعي گوتينگن براي بستن تعداد زيادي از اقامتگاه هاي مشترك پناهجوها تصميم خواهد گرفت. در واقع مي توان به استقبال بستن اين مراكز زندگي دسته جمعي رفت و از اين ايده حمايت كرد. اما در حال حاظر ساختمان Siekhöhe با وجود تمام كم و كاستي ها قادر به ادامه كار است. ساختمان Siekhöhe يك مثاله ناراحت كننده از مراكز زندگي دسته جمعي است. حصارهاي اطراف ساختمان باعث محروميت ساكنان ساختمان از دسترسي به محيط اطراف ساختمان مي شود. ساختمان به دليل طراحي غير استاندارد، از كمبود نور خوشيد به شدت رنج مي برد. سقف هاي اتاق ها در بعضي موارد تضعيف شده و مناسب نمي باشد و آلودگي صداهاي هميشگي آزار دهنده است. معماري ساختمان به دليل عدم نظارت كافي، براي سكونت بسيار نامناسب است. مشاركت اجتماعي براي ساكنان ساختمان با شهروندان شهر گوتينگن به دليل شرايط بسيار دور و عدم دسترسي به حمل و نقل عمومي بسيار دشوار مي باشد. به دليل عدم وجود ساختمان هاي ديگر در حوالي اين ساختمان، تا كنون اقدامي براي حل مشكلات ايجاد شده انجام نشده است. ساكنان ساختمان Siekhöhe وادار به ادامه زندگي در چنين شرايطي هستند. اين در حالي است كه گزينه هاي بهتري دردسترس هستند. ما ديگر مشكلات بيشتري را قبول نخواهيم كرد.

تظاهرات اخير بر عليه ساختمان Siekhöhe تا به حال بيهوده نبوده است. نهايتا، دستور بستن ساختمان Siekhöhe دردستور كار دولت قرار گفته است. اگر شهرداري گوتينگن به ادامه كار ساختمان اصرار ورزد، امكان براي واردكردن فشار بيشتر و پافشاري بر روي خواسته هايمان براي غير فعال كردن ساختمان Siekhöhe وجود دارد.

به همين دليل ما در تاريخ شنبه ١٠ جون ٢٠١٧ در ساعت ٢ بعد از ظهر (١٤:٠٠) با هدف زندگي با كيفيت و بستن ساختمان Siekhöhe به تظاهرات خواهيم رفت. بگذاريد به شهرداري و اعضاي كميته اجتماعي شهر گوتينگن نشان دهيم كه ساكنان ساختمان Siekhöhe تنها نيستند و بلكه آنها اعضاي يك جامعه سياسي منتقد هستند.

در شهر گوتينگن، ساختمان Siekhöhe قاعدتاً نمونه بارز از محل زندگي بسيار بي كيفيت و دشوار مي باشد. اين درحالي است كه بستن اين ساختمان اولين قدم براي كم كردن تعداد مكان هاي اقامت دسته جمعي با سطح زندگي بسيار پايين است. در شرايط كنوني سياستمداران بايد قوانيني مطابق با زندگي مطلوب ، مناسب و مقرون به صرفه براي كليه ساكنان شهر گوتينگن در نظر بگيرند. به همين دليل اعتراض به بستن ساختمان Siekhöhe قدم اول و نقطه شروع براي ترويج زندگي زيبا براي همه خواهد بود. بگذاريد همه با هم براي تحقق اهدافان حركت كنيم.

اهداف ما به شرح زير مي باشد:

١- بسته شدن فوري ساختمان Siekhöhe و كليه شرايط مشابه

٢- توسعه عدم زندگي جمعي و گسترش انتخاب مكان زندگي مطابق با نيازهاي فردي

٣- استفاده مداوم از فضاهاي خالي براي زندگي

٤- ايجاد ساختمان عمومي با كيفيت خوب و كم هزينه براي كليه شهروندان جامعه شهري گوتينگن
