Anonymous Paraná has identified that Amadeu Greca is known in Curitiba as an iron head. Despite giving the name to the company, the real owners of the company are politicians from Parana.
The fraud in Deinfra is simple. Massaranduba is director of Greca Asfaltos and along with Amadeu Greca negotiated with William Ernst Wojcikiewicz the Asfaltos scheme in exchange of bribes.
Greca Asfaltos does not sell this asphalt directly to the Deinfra, but to the road builders. Thus William Ernst Wojcikiewicz believes that his scheme is perfect, which will never be discovered.

Expelled from public service after Anonymous leaked information, William Chupacabra remains protected from unclean government.
